Shipping and Returns

We ship daily Monday through Friday. We are happy to combine shipping of multiple items.
There is the option to enter special instruction when checking out. If you need to add information or have questions on your shipment, you can contact us at email@example.com.
We package all items carefully so they arrive safely. Items will be wrapped in bubble wrap. Items are place in the appropriate size box and shipped in a bubble envelope.
You will be notified when your item ships with the tracking number.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING
By default, we ship via USPS first class unless you request expedited service or the weight of your order is over 15 oz. If you require additional services such as signature required or insurance, please contact us or use the order notes. Shipments over $35 USD qualify for complementary 1st class shipping!
We offer international shipping via USPS. Please use the shipping cost estimator in the shopping cart to view shipping charges. Please note that your country may impose customs or import fees on your purchase. These are not included in the price or shipping cost as they are charged by your country at the time of delivery. These costs are your responsibility to pay to your government; by law we do not collect these fees nor do we pay them for you. If your ship-to country is not supported during the check out process, please reach out to us for assistance at 24wishes.com.
RETURNS & CREDITS
We hope your purchase meets your expectations. If it does not, we will work with you to return the item for a store credit or refund. We accept returns for 15 days after receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, the original packaging. Please contact us prior to shipping back the item to us so we are aware of the request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
